Make your mark at the world's largest HVAC company Daikin Applied is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead - Salesforce to oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. You will work with Solution Architects, Partners, and other Software Engineers to translate requirements into functional applications. - Partner with business owners to understand requirements, build functional design documentation, and develop technology solutions that align with business goals
- Work with various internal IT groups and external vendors to integrate solution components in Salesforce and understand technical dependencies and its implications
- Provide support to product development regarding escalation, estimation, prioritization, and help manage the backlog
- Provide advice, mentorship, and assistance to junior engineers to develop staff capabilities
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's degree plus 5 to 7 years of Technology related experience
- 5+ years of experience developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform, including using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura Framework, LWR, HTML/CSS, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, API Integrations, Batch Apex, Workflows, Process Builder, and Lightning Flows
- Experience using Gearset with Azure Dev Ops for CI/CD
- In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform including its core features, capabilities, and limitations
- Experience with Salesforce's various cloud offerings such as Sales, Service (Order Management), and Marketing Cloud
- Experience with understanding and assessing proposed solutions to meet requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience working in Agile and waterfall software development methodologies
- Experience working on B2B eCommerce and other external community sites

Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 - $155,000 + bonus in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
