Responsibilities Processes all calls incoming/outgoing promptly and courteously Effectively operating the switchboard system Responsible for calling all codes promptly Monitoring the alarm systems Qualifications Job Requirements: High school diploma/GED equivalent Preferred Job Requirements: At least one (1) year previous experience within a hospital or healthcare facility
