Position Summary

We are seeking a Junior Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. The Junior Business Analyst serves as a liaison between the business and IT to solve business issues and opportunities with technology.

Responsibilities

    Customer Interface and Customer Liaison (consult, research, propose solution options)

  • Analytical Troubleshooting

  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of training programs

  • Aiding with test scripts for user testing

  • Contribute to defining and documenting IT process and procedures

  • Tracking changes through SDLC process

Requirements

  • Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • 0 - 4 years working in IT, Good organizational skills and attention to detail, Excellent interpersonal skills, Problem solving and analytical skills, Strong team player, Ability to understand business processes and adapt.
  • Preferred: Experience with ERP (JD Edwards), CRM, or Project Management systems.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $60,000- $70,000
  • FLSA Status: Exempt
  • Bonus Type: Year-end Discretionary
