Our board-certified and fellowship-trained cardiologists and other specialists are at the leading edge of advanced NORTON ADVANCED HEART FAILURE CLINICS is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible advanced heart failure cardiologist to join its expanding program. The ideal candidate will join our Advanced Heart Failure & Recovery Program, a more than 50-person multidisciplinary team that includes two board-certified, fellowship-trained heart failure cardiologists, eight heart failure advanced practice providers, two ventricular-assist device surgeons, dedicated heart failure nurse navigators, a social worker, financial counselor, pharmacist, perfusionist and ventricular assist device coordinators. Our experienced team of physicians and advanced practice providers has an average of 15 years of heart failure experience. About the position:
The physician is responsible for recording a detailed medical history of each patient in the electronic medical record, including, but not limited to, chief complaint, present condition, individual history, and family history. Performing appropriate physical examination of each patient. Analyzing reports and/or findings of tests and personal examinations in order to assess the medical condition of the patient, including diagnosing the patient's injury or illness and formulating a prognosis.
