About the Role Culmen International is seeking a Staff Life Support Coordinator for a future Health and Human Services opportunity. The Staff Life Support Coordinator is budgeted to support the mission toward helping employees navigate their personal and professional needs in a healthy way. This is done to increase the overall quality of life, reduce burnout, improve company loyalty, and promote a healthy employee culture. They accomplish their goals by providing information, resources, and referrals to assist in a robust variety of ways. What You'll Do in Your New Role
Develop, implement, and manage Employee Assistant Programs to provide confidential counseling and support services to employees facing personal or professional challenges.
