We are seeking a qualified instructor to teach introductory courses in quantitative analysis to Master of Public Policy students. Proposed courses might cover (but are not limited to) topics such as data visualization, machine learning, text analysis, and causal inference. We are interested in courses that teach new skills, as well as courses that address the ethical and policy implications of these tools, particularly artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities include teaching; conducting regularly scheduled office hours; and writing and grading papers/exams. Ability to work cooperatively with other faculty and department staff is essential.

We welcome candidates whose experience in teaching, research, and/or community service has prepared them to contribute to our commitment to diversity and excellence.

Fall: October 1 - December 31

Winter: January 1 - March 31

Spring: April 1 - June 30

Master's degree or Ph.D. in a related field is required. Experience teaching similar courses is preferred.
