Aquent has partnered with a nationally recognized Fortune 500 consumer brand to find a proactive, detail-driven creative operations professional for an exciting freelance engagement. As a leader in the consumer space, this brand is dedicated to creating meaningful connections with its audience. In this role, you will partner with Aquent and our client to drive high-visibility creative initiatives, directly impacting how millions of consumers engage with the brand across digital platforms.

The Opportunity

Are you a natural coordinator who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution? In this dynamic role, you will be the operational heartbeat of multi-channel social and influencer marketing campaigns. You will do more than just chase deadlines-you will anticipate project needs, clear roadblocks, and set creative teams up for absolute success. By managing end-to-end production cycles, your work will directly shape high-impact content across major social platforms, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full production cycle for social and influencer content across major channels (including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn) from creative brief through final delivery and publishing.
  • Build realistic workback schedules covering concept development, creator briefing, pre-production, video/photo shoots, post-production, revision cycles, and platform formatting.
  • Coordinate essential production logistics, including talent, locations, crew, equipment, and product assets.
  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for external social, influencer, and production agency partners, aligning on scopes of work, estimates, and deliverables.
  • Partner with in-house creative directors, social strategists, brand leads, and legal teams to streamline feedback, route approvals, and resolve conflicting priorities.
  • Maintain visibility across active workstreams by creating and updating project boards via monday.com (or similar enterprise tools), proactively identifying risks, and communicating status to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines, channel-specific requirements, and FTC disclosure/usage rights guidelines prior to handoff.

What You Bring (Required)

  • 4-7 years of experience in creative project management or creative operations within an agency, in-house brand, or fast-paced creative studio.
  • Hands-on production expertise managing video and social production schedules, shoot logistics, and post-production workflows.
  • Solid working proficiency with monday.com or equivalent enterprise project management tools (such as Asana, Workfront, or ClickUp) building and running workflow boards.
  • Proven background aligning scopes of work, estimates, and deliverables with external agency and creator partners.
  • Strong ability to onboard quickly, operate independently, and navigate ambiguity in a contract/freelance capacity.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Familiarity with influencer marketing operations, including creator briefs, talent usage rights, and FTC guidelines.
  • Deep understanding of technical asset requirements for native organic social platforms.
