Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * Proven experience delivering global SAP S/4HANA Finance and Treasury implementations. * Deep functional and configuration knowledge of: SAP Cash & Liquidity Management SAP Treasury & Risk Management (TRM) Bank Communication Management (BCM) Bank Account Management (BAM) In-House Cash (IHC) Money Market Foreign Exchange and FX Hedging * Strong understanding of treasury operations, banking, payments, accounting principles, financial processes, and financial controls. * Experience integrating SAP with banks and third-party treasury/trading solutions such as Kyriba, FXALL, Bloomberg, and Serrala. * Strong understanding of SAP master data and integration with broader SAP Finance processes. * Experience developing functional specifications and working with technical teams on custom enhancements and integrations. * Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and enterprise implementation methodologies. * Ability to independently evaluate solution alternatives and recommend practical, scalable designs. * Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams. * Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex functional and integration issues and drive them through resolution technologies. Roles & Responsibilities The SAP S/4HANA Treasury Consultant will lead and support global SAP Finance and Treasury transformation programs. The role requires strong functional expertise across SAP Treasury processes, hands-on S/4HANA configuration experience, and the ability to translate complex treasury and finance requirements into scalable SAP solutions. The consultant will work closely with Treasury, Finance, Banking, Accounting, Integration, and Technology teams to design and implement end-to-end treasury capabilities, including cash and liquidity management, bank account management, payments, in-house banking, and treasury risk management. * Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance and Treasury implementations, from requirements and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization. * Provide functional expertise across Cash & Liquidity Management, TRM, IHC, BCM, BAM, Money Market, and FX/Hedging processes. * Design end-to-end cash management, treasury, banking, payments, liquidity, and risk-management solutions aligned with business requirements. * Configure SAP Treasury capabilities and drive Fit-to-Standard solution design while minimizing unnecessary customization. * Design and support integrations with banks and third-party platforms such as Kyriba, FXALL, Bloomberg, and Serrala. Page 1 Publication-ready Job Description * Ensure seamless integration between Treasury and SAP Finance/Accounting, including master data, valuations, settlements, payments, and financial postings. * Develop functional specifications for interfaces, enhancements, reports, workflows, and conversions, working closely with technical teams. * Lead functional activities across SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-production support. * Facilitate workshops with Treasury, Fi nance, Banking, Accounting, and IT stakeholders and provide functional leadership to global delivery teams. * Experience with SAP Advanced Payment Management (APM) and Extended Cash Management is highly desirable Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000 a year TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
