Position Title: Assembler
Wage: $17.00+/hour Shift: 1st, 2nd Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm, 4:00pm-2:30am Join a growing team as an Assembler! Earn $17+ an hour with 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available. Work hands-on assembling electrical cables and components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous assembly experience preferred! Assembler Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Assemble electronic and mechanical cable assemblies and electrical components - Follow written instructions, drawings, and wiring diagrams - Use manual and semi-automatic crimping tools to terminate wires and cables - Operate hand and power tools, including scissors, seam rippers, and safety cutters - Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy - Meet production and productivity standards - Maintain a clean and safe work environment Assembler Requirements: - Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and wiring diagrams - Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/8 inch - Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity - Good verbal and written communication skills - Ability to lift up to 30 pounds - Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred IND091 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
