Change Management & Frontline Enablement

  • Partner with Operations, Communications, and HR teams to ensure impacted employees are supported through facility transitions including communication and feedback loops.
  • Champion a people-first approach to all workplace operations, ensuring that employee impact is assessed and addressed as a primary input in every project plan including timely, clear communication of plans, priorities, and changes to stakeholders and impacted teams

Cross-Functional Alignment & Executive Reporting

  • Serve as the central coordination point across Facilities, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Communications, and IT other relevant workstreams to ensure timelines are met and risks are managed.
  • Develop and maintain executive-ready reporting on portfolio status, including roadmap progress, spend versus budget, risks, and key decisions required.
  • Facilitate senior leadership discussions on prioritization, trade-offs, and resourcing across the portfolio as-needed.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct post-move and post-closure retrospectives to capture lessons learned and continuously improve the playbook.
  • Support the optimization of portfolio tracking from spreadsheets to a centralized, scalable source of truth - aligned with broader PMO tooling over time.
  • Partner with the team to continue to standardize and optimize governance practices including project playbooks, timelines, RACI structures, and communication templates to ensure consistent and repeatable execution across projects.

Qualifications

Required
