Primary Purpose: Manager, (Re)Loved Studio Operations will serve as the centralized resource for NJ Photostudio team and cross-functional business partners for Coach (Re)Loved eCommerce imagery. Excellent analytical problem-solving abilities are a must, along with demonstrated skill in decision making, facilitating, influencing, and prioritizing projects. The qualified candidate will be comfortable working independently and enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks; quickly grasping the essence and underlying structure of anything.

This role is based in North Bergen, NJ office and is hybrid with 3 days in the office. Occasional travel to the New York office may be required.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in production and project management to...

* Collect, analyze, and report production data to measure productivity and track weekly deliverables

* Maintain clear, proactive communication with studio and cross-functional partners regarding project status, changes, requirements, and potential risks

* Oversee data creation workflows and internal image production systems

* Partner with stakeholders to develop comprehensive creative briefs, manage project timelines, coordinate approvals, and ensure timely follow-through

* Manage sample intake, tagging, tracking, and returns

* Oversee post-production workflows to ensure quality and efficiency

* Effectively manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

* Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient studio environment

* Process and manage vendor invoices

* Adapt and succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment

The accomplished individual will possess...

* 5+ years of related experience across business operations, administrative support, inventory, logistics, supply chain, merchandising, or data coordination

* Advanced Excel skills (Vlookup and Pivot Tables)

* Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of urgency and initiative

* An ability to think both strategically and tactically

* A high level of accuracy with strong attention to detail

* Ability to adapt and learn quickly

* Ability to build strong professional relationships and provide exceptional service to internal stakeholders
