TheLogistics Coordinatorprovides support and assistance as the line of communication between outside departments and maintenance in order to receive, dispatch, and facilitate incoming work orders and vendor requests for rental properties. This is not a remote position. Weekends are required. Maternity AND Paternity Leave Medical(Traditional PPO-style plans and High Deductible Plan w/ HSA) Dental Vision Flexible Spending Accounts (medical and dependent care) 401Kretirement plan options with3.5% company match ShortandLong-Term Disability Insurance (100% company paid) Basic Life Insurance Policy of $50,000 (100% company paid) Supplemental Life Insurance (Employee, Spouse, Child) Company Cell Phone ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Schedule work orders Reschedule work orders previously on hold Order parts and tools as needed Ensure all appropriate outlets are updated throughout work order process to provide guests with best information possible for repair Close out work orders and track pending work orders Help support the Billing Coordinator when necessary with Reviewing and Adjusting billable maintenance tasks for accuracy with Notes, Labor and Material Provide support to Property Managers in facilitating larger item projects Track various tasks to ensure they are being completed by technicians (install/remove of loaner items, changing filters) Accept packages upon delivery, ensuring they are labeled and stored in the appropriate areas until they can be moved to the warehouse Report to the Maintenance Operations Manager on any issues that affect the performance and morale of the Fixit team Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the Team Member for this job. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: REQUIRED Previous experience in a similar role Ability to pass pre-employment testing which may include drug testing and/or background screening Proficiency in technology such as cell phones and basic computer skills Ability to work alone and as part of a team Valid driver's license Basic organizational skills to effectively record and catalogue documents on work performed Proactive and flexible approach to job duties and problem-solving Ability to exercise good judgement Well developed oral and written communication skills Strong customer/guest focus Keen attention to detail Ability to multitask DESIRED Experience in the hospitality industry Can do' attitude Friendly and welcoming demeanor HOURS OF WORK: This is a full-time, seasonal position. Due to the nature of the job, the Team Member should be flexible with their hours. Weekends and holidays will generally be busy with guest arrivals and departures and are considered working days. Typical work hours will be 9 AM to 5 PM but may vary with occupancy levels. Exact daily schedules may vary from season to season. Generally, this may mean working some inconsistent hours. We encourage all our Team Members to take two (2) days off per week where possible, knowing that guests can arrive at unpredictable times.
