Now Hiring: Business Systems Administrator Location: Acton, MA / Remote Schedule: Pay Rate: $81.00/hour Take your ALM expertise to the next level in a highly technical R&D environment. We're seeking an experienced Business Systems Administrator to support the administration, configuration, data migration, and optimization of Polarion Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) systems supporting product development. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline Experience Requirements 2+ years of experience with R&D ALM systems and workflow design Experience supporting product development and Design Controls using ALM or PLM tools Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and cross-functional product development Experience with Polarion ALM strongly preferred Medical device experience involving FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, or ISO 14971 preferred Experience with REST APIs, MuleSoft integrations, SQL, Velocity reporting, dashboards, or ALM integrations preferred Job Duties Support ALM data migration, testing, reporting, and validation activities Administer Polarion systems, user access, roles, permissions, licenses, and SSO Configure projects, repositories, workflows, and approved AI-enabled capabilities Build SQL/Velocity reports, dashboards, and performance metrics Integrate Polarion with external systems and tools Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance Develop ALM documentation, workflows, user guides, and training materials Maintain compliance with QMS, security, and governance requirements Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance Apply Now to bring your Polarion ALM and systems administration expertise to a complex, high-impact R&D environment.
