Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM | 1st Shift

Job Duties

• Receive, organize, store, and issue parts, tools, supplies, and other inventory.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Verify incoming and outgoing materials against purchase orders and invoices.
• Assist customers with parts, tools, and supply requests.
• Deliver and stock inventory at designated locations.
• Operate a sit-down forklift and golf cart as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized storeroom and follow established safety practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least 1 year of warehouse, inventory, or delivery experience.
• Previous inventory management experience required, including cycle counting, issuing parts, and inventory tracking.
• Knowledge of PPE, hand tools, and power tools strongly preferred.
• Basic computer skills required; Microsoft Office experience is a plus.
• Sit-down forklift experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred.
• Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment.
• Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Inventory Coordinator.
