Title: Business Analyst III

Location: Remote// (Preferred 3 days onsite in Sunnyvale, CA)

Duration: 12 months

Description:

  • The Supply Planning Enablement Analyst will support the Scaled Product Delivery (SPD) team across the Product Data Operations (PDO) Core and MSL portfolios to enable a complex global outsourced operation servicing client's product partners.
  • This role serves two critical functions: execute the recurring workforce planning, Anaplan and budget-adjacent operational work that keeps the portfolio running, and automate it - building, testing and deploying AI-driven solutions that remove the manual steps from those same processes in partnership with client's SPD team.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute recurring workforce planning operations across the PDO portfolio: process incoming staffing requests, ensure proper Anaplan maintenance, support supply planning communication processes and similar related planning duties.
  • Serve as the human-in-the-loop for defined gate checks and exception reviews, applying standard rules consistently and routing edge cases to the right owner.
  • Resolve intake clarifications with program managers so requests keep moving and critical deadlines and SLAs are maintained.
  • Validate data accuracy in the system of record across Anaplan and tracking logs, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Execute a prioritized automation roadmap set by client: for each process on the list, run it, document it, then optimize and automate it to replace manual steps.
  • Build, test and roll out individual automations and AI agents against defined workflows. Validate outputs before they go live, documenting solutions and process updates as needed.
  • Monitor deployed automations for drift and failure. Identify where a workflow has stalled or an automation has degraded, remediate it, and escalate what you cannot fix.
  • Proactively flag automation opportunities: surface processes that are manual, repetitive or inconsistent and propose how to streamline them.
  • Document processes and automations as you build them, so the work is transferable and auditable.
  • Prepare and deliver status updates on the automation roadmap to relevant team members and leads.

Minimum Qualification:

  • 5+ years of experience in workforce management, resource planning, vendor operations, workforce analytics, budget management, or a combination of these.
  • Experience operating within enterprise planning or workforce management systems (Anaplan, or similar).
  • Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI-driven automations in a business operations context.
  • Experience translating a manual, documented process into a working automation, including testing and validation before rollout.
  • Experience in process documentation and iterative process improvement, with strong attention to detail.
  • Full proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Advanced Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with experience navigating high levels of ambiguity and complexity; Strong ability to work independently in tactical and operational activities and prioritization of one's time

Preferred Qualification:

  • Prior experience working inside client'sinternal technical environment or with Meta's AI tools.
  • Experience with vendor or outsourced workforce operations across multiple partners and locations.
  • Experience with various BPO commercial models including hourly/FTE, unit-based, output-based
  • Knowledge of SQL, Tableau or similar data visualization applications.
  • Experience working with global, distributed teams.
