Position Responsibilities

• Help manage complex IT purchasing requests and transactions, aligning sourcing decisions with technology requirements and business goals.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and technology vendors to negotiate contracts, manage renewals, oversee licensing agreements and resolve supplier-related issues.
• Support Procurement Specialists on purchasing requests, sharing knowledge and best practices to ensure timely resolution.
• Track vendor spending and maintain reporting to inform purchasing decisions and identify opportunities for savings.
• Identify opportunities to improve purchasing workflows, strengthen procedures and increase efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in purchasing, customer service, administrative support or similar.
• Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel. Oracle and ServiceNow preferred.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
