Job Requirements

Regional Administrator / Regional Operations Administrator

Position Type: Remote with occasional travel within region (MA/RI/NY/CT)

About the Role

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Regional Operations Administrator to support leadership across a multi-state dialysis network serving Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, and Connecticut.

This is an individual contributor position and does not have direct reports. While the role supports regional dialysis operations, it is not a Facility Administrator, clinic leadership, or healthcare executive role. Success in this position requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

This role serves as a key operational and administrative partner to the Group Vice President, providing reporting, data analysis, calendar management, meeting preparation, project coordination, and operational support across the region. While primarily remote, occasional travel to clinics and regional meetings may be required.

What You'll Do

  • Support regional leadership by preparing recurring reports, updating trackers, and maintaining operational workflows
  • Manage and prioritize the Group Vice President's calendar, exercising sound judgment when coordinating meeting requests, balancing competing priorities, and ensuring effective use of executive time
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, follow-up actions, and communications to support regional leadership and operational priorities
  • Review and monitor clinic KPIs, staffing trends, schedules, labor utilization, and operational performance metrics
  • Maintain Excel-based tools, summaries, and operational documents
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting inputs, and financial preparation for routine meetings
  • Create slide decks and meeting materials for leadership
  • Track projects, maintain operational documentation, and support implementation of regional and corporate initiatives
  • Serve as a key point of contact for operational questions, reporting requests, and routine budget inquiries

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience supporting healthcare operations, multi-site operations, business operations, project coordination, or senior leadership teams preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Teams
  • Experience preparing reports, analyzing data, and presenting information in a clear and actionable format
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders across a geographically dispersed region
  • Willingness to travel occasionally throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, and Connecticut
