What you'll do

The Manager, Infrastructure Services will lead the engineering, operation, and continued modernization of Infinite Campus infrastructure, with responsibility for delivering secure, reliable, resilient, high-performing, and cost-effective technology platforms. This role will develop and execute infrastructure strategy, advance the company's hybrid cloud vision in partnership with Product Management and Platform Engineering, and establish a mature automation practice using Infrastructure as Code, Configuration as Code, well-engineered standards, and AI-augmented operations. The Manager will oversee infrastructure security and compliance alignment, observability, incident management, disaster recovery readiness, capacity planning, FinOps, change-control practices, vendor relationships, and the infrastructure budget. They will work closely with Platform Engineering, Security, Corporate IT, Customer Experience Operations, and other business leaders while coaching and developing the Infrastructure team. As they progress in the role, they will be expected to build a high-performing team, further modernize Infinite Campus' hybrid cloud strategy, and develop a fully established automation practice that reduces manual operational effort and improves engineering efficiency.

Who you are

This role is well suited for an experienced infrastructure leader who can operate at both a strategic and technical level-someone who can establish a long-term infrastructure vision while remaining close enough to the technology and team to guide sound engineering decisions. The right fit will be a collaborative leader who enjoys developing people, creating strong engineering practices, improving automation, and partnering across technical and business functions rather than operating infrastructure as an isolated discipline. They should be comfortable balancing reliability, security, performance, scalability, operational efficiency, and cost while making thoughtful decisions about emerging technologies. Success will also require someone who can build a high-performing team, promote engineering excellence, foster a one-team leadership mindset across business units, and help evolve Infinite Campus infrastructure toward an increasingly automated, resilient, and modern hybrid-cloud environment.

Your skill-set

The right candidate will bring significant IT infrastructure leadership experience along with broad technical expertise across hybrid cloud architecture, network engineering, Linux and Windows technologies, virtualization and hyperscaler environments, infrastructure security, observability and monitoring, disaster recovery and resilience engineering, and hardware and critical-facilities operations. They should understand modern infrastructure automation practices, including Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code, and be comfortable incorporating AI-augmented approaches into infrastructure operations. Strong systems engineering leadership, incident management, FinOps, capacity management, strategic planning, technical mentorship, and team leadership skills are important for success. The position calls for a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cloud Computing, or a related field, or the equivalent of 15 years of experience at an appropriate level of complexity.
