Supply Chain Solutions Lead

Supply Chain Solutions Lead,is responsible for leading strategic business transformation initiatives across Supply Chain, Direct Procurement, Planning, Logistics, and Supplier Collaboration domains. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of digital solutions.

The ideal candidate combines deep supply chain process expertise with strong program leadership capabilities and hands-on experience implementing and optimizing SAP-based supply chain solutions. The role will lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, improve supplier engagement, standardize global processes, and enable end-to-end supply chain visibility.

Digital Transformation Leadership

• Lead strategic Supply Chain Digital Transformation initiatives from concept through deployment and stabilization.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and adoption of digital capabilities across global supply chain functions.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to define business priorities, success measures, and implementation strategies.

SAP S/4HANA Implementation

• Lead business process design and deployment activities for SAP S/4HANA MM solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to develop functional requirements, testing strategies, deployment plans, and post-go-live support models.
• Ensure alignment of business processes with SAP best practices while addressing global and regional business requirements.

Supplier Collaboration

• Lead implementation and optimization of supplier collaboration technologies, including supplier portals, digital supply network platforms, and B2B integration solutions.
• Drive supplier adoption strategies and improve supplier experience through digital engagement platforms.

Program and Stakeholder Management

• Lead cross-functional teams consisting of business process owners, solution architects, system integrators, and external vendors.
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, decision-making forums, and steering committee reviews.
• Establish governance models and performance metrics to ensure sustainable business outcomes.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation

• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain performance through automation, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Evaluate digital solutions and supplier collaboration platforms to support business growth and scalability.
• Drive data-driven decision-making through KPIs, dashboards, and operational reporting.
• Champion change management and user adoption across global organizations.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.Experience 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Digital Transformation programs.
• 5+ years of experience leading global ERP transformations from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
• 3+ years of experience leading supplier collaboration / Multi-Enterprise Supply Chain Network solutions platform implementations
• Proven track record managing cross-functional teams and strategic stakeholders.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
