Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read and follow work orders, packing instructions, and safety procedures. Experience Requirements Previous packing experience required. Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred. Experience preparing products for shipment while meeting quality and productivity standards. Ability to safely use basic hand tools and packaging materials. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to identify visible product defects before shipment. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Team-oriented attitude with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-1:00 AM. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy metal products throughout the shift. Stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment. Frequently bend, stoop, reach, twist, and perform repetitive movements. Safely handle materials and perform continuous packing duties during the workday. Job Duties Pack, wrap, box, stack, and secure metal products for shipment according to customer and company specifications. Inspect finished products for visible damage, defects, and quality concerns before packaging. Move and handle metal materials safely throughout the production and shipping process. Follow work orders, packing instructions, and established safety procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Assist with general production, packaging, and material handling responsibilities as needed. Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and accuracy standards. Support shipping and manufacturing operations by ensuring products are properly prepared for shipment.
