The Site Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact between the customer and on-site sorting team. This role focuses on communication, workflow coordination, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. The Site Coordinator does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but plays a critical role in supporting productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Job Duties

• Act as the main liaison between the customer and on-site team
• Communicate daily priorities, changes, and expectations to sorters
• Monitor workflow on the sorting line to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Provide updates to the customer regarding production, issues, and progress Identify and communicate any operational challenges or material issues
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies
• Assist with training new employees on basic processes and expectations
• Support shift start-ups, job assignments, and coordination of daily tasks
• Document and report production counts, issues, or discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements

• Warehouse experience
• Able to lift 40 lbs.
• Customer service experience
• Good communication skills
