Job Duties

• Safely operate forklifts to transport raw materials, packaging, and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Load/unload trucks and move materials to/from production lines.
• Stage, wrap, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning/documentation.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and follow all safety protocols.
• Support warehouse and production teams as needed.

Experience Requirements

• Experience moving, organizing, loading, or unloading materials in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to accurately identify products, labels, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of safe material handling practices and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and dependable work habits.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid forklift certification (or ability to become certified).
• 1+ year forklift experience, preferably in food/beverage environment.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Equipment Operator.
• 1+ year forklift experience, preferably in Warehouse environment

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
