What You Will Do: Responsible for planning, directing, supervising, and coordinating patient care activities and nursing services for Johns Hopkins Hospital's ambulatory oncology clinics and programs. Ensures the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and safe patient care. Oversees management staff, maximizes resource utilization, and ensures the highest quality of care. Develops standards, policies, and procedures in alignment with industry standards, evidence-based practice, and the organization's mission. Salary Range: Minimum $63.98/hour - Maximum $99.17/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
