Our team at Aquent is partnering with a client to find a skilled Designer. This role will be responsible for developing visually compelling assets that bring the brand to life across digital, social, print, and in-store experiences. The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of conceptual thinking, sharp design execution, and a keen eye for brand consistency. Operating in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, this position works closely with cross-functional partners to deliver inspiring work that drives business results.

Core Responsibilities:



  • Design & Asset Creation (80%): Design digital, print, and in-store creative assets-including campaign layouts, social content, email designs, and retail signage.
  • Production & Timely Delivery (20%): Prepare production-ready files for both digital and print channels, ensuring all design deliverables are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Concept & Strategy: Partner with copywriters, art directors, and marketing teams to translate brand strategy and marketing objectives into integrated campaign concepts.
  • Brand Evolution: Contribute fresh creative ideas during brainstorming sessions to support the ongoing evolution of the brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Project Execution: Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.


Qualifications:



  • Experience: 4+ years of design experience within a creative agency or in-house brand environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Experience with After Effects or animation/motion design is a strong plus.
  • Design Mastery: Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy across print and digital formats. Must present a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual design, brand systems, and multi-format execution.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the agility to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.


Working Environment:



  • Hybrid schedule requiring 3 days a week in the office.
