Essential Function
Responsible for maintenance and installation of all field
instruments, process control computers and electrical maintenance at all
Company facilities. Position Accountabilities
Operates and controls equipment used in an air separation
plant.
Must maintain Qualified Electrical Worker certification Maintains quality control and quality
assurance equipment, including process analyzers and gas chromatographs
Install, maintain, adjust and repair manual, pneumatic,
electric and electronic measuring, recording, and regulating instrumentation.
Maintains calibration standards, including inspection,
testing and measuring equipment as well as calibration gas cylinders Perform routine and nonroutine analytical
calibrations and adjustments.
Works with management team to schedule calibration and
preventive maintenance programs to achieve plant and company strategic quality
goals.
Assists in the development and administration of
comprehensive spare parts program.
Assists in the training and development of others when
needed.
Performs maintenance on compressors, pumps, turbines,
valves, motors, and other plant equipment, when required.
Reads and interprets technical drawings and manuals.
Required for All Jobs
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Associate's Degree in applicable field or equivalent
Industry Experience is required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to research, select and negotiate purchases for
suitable plant equipment
Ability to reads and interpret technical drawings and
manuals
Statistical and analytical skills
Clean driving record
Possess skills to utilize general hand tools
Possess skills to utilize I&E test equipment, including
DVM, megger, process calibrator, transmitter simulator

Pay Range $55.00 to $70.00 per hour Based on Qualification and Experience
