Our Orthopedic practice is seeking an experienced and driven Registered Nurse to help lead a high-performing outpatient team through collaboration, innovation, and engagement. In this key leadership role, you'll partner with RNs, Medical Assistants, providers, and staff to improve workflows, solve complex challenges, and cultivate a culture where team members feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed. We're looking for a visible, approachable leader who brings flexibility, strong clinical judgment, and a passion for continuous improvement. Experience with triage, suture removal, and scheduling is preferred. Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
