As part of the Data Center Platform Engineering Group, the Senior Compliance and Safety Technical Program Manager will lead the planning, execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination of compliance, product safety, regulatory readiness, and certification activities for AI server and hyperscale server platform programs. This role is responsible for ensuring platform programs meet applicable product safety, regulatory, environmental, and customer compliance requirements across the full product lifecycle, from early product definition and architecture through design, validation, production release, production ramp, and sustaining. The ideal candidate will operate as a system-level leader and integrator, coordinating complex, cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, manufacturable, and scalable server platforms that meet aggressive schedule, quality, safety, regulatory, and customer readiness targets. This individual will partner closely with Engineering, Compliance, Reliability, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Legal, Business, and Account Teams to ensure compliance and safety requirements are clearly defined, tracked, validated, documented, and delivered with program-level discipline. THE PERSON: You are a skilled, compliance-focused Technical Program Manager with expertise in system-level hardware development, leading complex programs across multiple domains like electrical, mechanical, and regulatory areas.
