Are you organized, detail-oriented, and looking to gain hands-on experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management? We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily shipment scheduling and transportation operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate shipments across established transportation routes.
• Track shipment status and ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams regarding shipment updates.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and enter information into company systems.
• Troubleshoot scheduling and routing issues to minimize delays.
• Provide shipment status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all transportation documentation is organized and up to date.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, and data entry systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Interest in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations careers.
