Operations Associate

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and order specifications.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, packaging, or quality control preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment is a plus.
• Ability to maintain productivity while meeting quality standards.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms.
• Comfortable working in warehouse, manufacturing, and office environments.
• Ability to work overtime, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions.

Job Duties

• Produce customer orders by following established production and quality procedures.
• Inspect products for accuracy, quality, personalization details, and defects.
• Package completed orders according to company standards for shipment.
• Pick, sort, scan, and move inventory and customer orders throughout the fulfillment process.
• Process shipping orders, print labels, and prepare packages for delivery.
• Operate engraving, heat press, and other production equipment as assigned.
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate any delays or issues affecting order completion.
• Follow preventive maintenance procedures and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with quality control, fulfillment, shipping, inventory, packaging, and production tasks based on business needs.
• Support company goals by meeting productivity, quality, safety, and attendance expectations.
