Schedule: 1st shift - 6am -2:30pm

Looking for Warehouse Associate jobs in San Diego where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

Job Duties



  • Stocks materials and supplies on shelves, racks, or in specified floor locations.
  • Pull Job Orders for production, based on production priority lists
  • Maintenance, cleaning, and organization of Warehouse area
  • Cycle Counting in designated areas
  • Participates in managing/ maintaining "blue-card" line stock items required for item builds.
  • Operates material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or dollies to move and organize inventory.
  • Data entry and use of ERP system
  • Required to use company truck to move materials between company buildings and may pick up and/or drop off materials at suppliers and customers
  • Assist other areas in accordance with supervisor's direction
  • Work and communicate with Production/Purchasing/Receiving and other departments


Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 6 months in a warehouse or manufacturing environment


Experience Requirements



  • Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
  • Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
  • Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
  • Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
