What You'll Do



  • Create high-quality, on-brand designs for a diverse range of projects, ensuring every asset perfectly reflects the core identity.
  • Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and marketing partners to conceptualize, refine, and execute ideas that emotionally connect with customers and achieve strategic goals.
  • Oversee the production process, preparing final files for both print and digital, guaranteeing pixel-perfect and press-ready deliverables.
  • Contribute to the brand's ongoing evolution by building robust brand identities, scalable design systems, logos, guidelines, and templates that elevate the overall customer experience.
  • Forge strong partnerships across the organization with various teams to ensure creative work is seamlessly aligned with key business priorities.


What You'll Bring

Must-Have Qualifications:



  • 6+ years of professional design experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or retail industries.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Design or equivalent practical experience that demonstrates a strong foundation in design principles.
  • Strong experience using Figma and high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Exceptional creative skills, including a keen eye for detail, strong typography, color theory, and layout expertise.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively articulate design ideas and rationale to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
