We are seeking adynamic and experienced Maintenance Managerto lead our maintenance operations and ensure the highest standards of facility and equipment performance. This is a critical leadership role that drives operational excellence, safety, and reliability across our organization. Key Responsibilities Operations & Technical Leadership
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee allpreventive and corrective maintenanceactivities for equipment, machinery, and facilities.
- Develop and implementmaintenance strategiesto maximize uptime and minimize production disruptions.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement long-term corrective actions.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to manage preventive maintenance, work orders, asset history, inventory, and maintenance performance metrics.
- Assist in developing a moving 3-year Maintenance, Facilities and Equipment plan
Team Management
- Ability to develop technical teams, build organizational capability, and foster a culture of accountability, safety, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team ofsupervisors, engineers, and maintenance technicians.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance staff to ensure 24/7 operational coverage where required.
Budget & Resource Management
- Develop and manage theannual maintenance budget, controlling costs while maintaining quality.
- Oversee procurement of spare parts, tools, and contractor services.
- Identify opportunities forcost savingswithout compromising safety or performance.
Safety & Compliance
- Be actively engaged in Safety; lead by example and ensure compliance with both company and regulatory safety standards and requirements for facilities and equipment.
- Ensuring maintenance activities are compliant with Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements, including Management of Change (MOC), asset integrity, incident investigations, operating procedures, and participation in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) activities as required.
- Champion asafety-first cultureand enforce proper use of PPE and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
Continuous Improvement
- Implement reliability-centered maintenance programs and driving continuous improvement through maintenance KPIs, equipment performance metrics, and asset management strategies - OEE, MTTR, MTBF.
- DriveLean, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), or Six Sigmainitiatives to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams oncapital improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- With Education: 5-10 years in maintenance, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Without Education: 10-15 years in maintenance, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Technical knowledge on the following systems and equipment: PLCs, CMMS, Boilers, Chillers, Cooling towers, Thermal oxidizers, Dust collection systems, Solvent recovery systems, Fire protection systems, Nitrogen systems, Bulk storage and transfer systems, electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
The salary for this position is $130,000 to $150,000. PPG /PPG
