We're seeking experienced *Low Voltage Cable Technicians* to support large-scale commercial network infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving technical challenges, and seeing the direct impact of their work every day. What You'll Be Doing As a Cable Technician, you'll be responsible for installing and supporting the network infrastructure that keeps businesses connected. Your responsibilities will include: * Running and routing Cat5e, Cat6, fiber optic, and coaxial cabling * Installing cable pathways including J-hooks, cable trays, and support systems * Terminating and testing voice and data cabling * Punching down patch panels, jacks, and communication blocks * Installing and mounting Wireless Access Points (WAPs) * Supporting rack-and-stack activities and server room organization * Troubleshooting connectivity issues and verifying cable performance * Reading blueprints and telecommunications drawings * Labeling and documenting installations according to industry standards * Following all safety protocols and job-site requirements What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for technicians who are dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in active commercial environments. *Required Experience:* * 3+ years of commercial low-voltage or structured cabling experience * Experience with cable installation, termination, and testing * Strong understanding of Cat5e/Cat6 infrastructure * Experience hanging and installing Wireless Access Points (WAPs) * Experience with patch panels, punch downs, and rack organization *Bonus Skills:* * Fiber optic cabling * Coax installations * CCTV systems * Telecommunications infrastructure * Cable certification and testing equipment Certifications The following certifications must be active or obtainable: * OSHA 10 * Lift Certification * Fall Protection Certification What You'll Love About This Opportunity * Steady, high-volume project work * Plenty of overtime available * Exposure to large-scale commercial networking environments * Work alongside experienced technicians and project teams * Opportunity to build relationships and be considered for future long-term opportunities * A chance to grow your career with a company that values skilled tradespeople Who Succeeds Here?
