Position Summary The Department Team Lead is responsible for directing and coordinating the daily activities of team members to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient manufacturing operations. This role serves as the key link between site leadership and the shop floor team providing leadership, coaching, and support to maintain safety standards, meet production goals, and foster continuous improvement. The Team Lead monitors workflow, resolves operational issues, and drives adherence to company policies and procedures while promoting a positive and productive work environment.
