Digital Marketing Manager

Studio 1892 in Lewiston Idaho is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can set the vision for our digital marketing services and still get their hands dirty building campaigns that move the needle.

You will mentor and train the media sales team, develop new accounts, and be hands-on with the platforms that matter Meta, GA4, DSPs, Shopify, and more. 

Job Responsibilities

• Guide the agency's digital marketing strategy and guide the sales team in digital expertise
• Build and grow your own book of business through new client acquisition
• Manage multi-channel campaigns from strategy to optimization
• Be the strategic partner for key clients and turn their goals into results
• Become an expert in performance data and agency leadership 

Expertise

• 5+ years in digital marketing (sales, business development, or fulfillment), with 2+ in a leadership capacity
• A track record managing multi-channel digital campaigns
• Google Ads, GA4, or Meta Blueprint certifications are a big plus
• Publishing group experience is a PLUS

Salary Based on Experience - $52,000$58,000 DOE, plus quarterly bonus
