Essential Duties: * Work effectively in a team environment * Must be able to perform all work allocated * Must be able to work from blueprints, process sheets and/or instructions. * Must be able to read a tape measure and have basic math skills. * Must be able to work with minimum supervision Need 1 person with Light Welding experienence. Need 1 person with PDI experience. Need 1 Person with Lamination experience. Need 1 Person with Lamination experience. * Experience with general assembly * Experience working in a manufacturing environment * Computer and organizational skills * Goal orientated and motivation to achieve tasks within set timelines * Previous experience with 5S and lean manufacturing would be considered an asset. * Time management and thoroughness PHYSICAL ACTIVITY/ REQUIREMENTS: This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day.
