Position Summary The Administrative Supervisor I provides leadership and oversight of daily administrative operations within the Cardiac Acute Care unit while ensuring a positive experience for patients, families, and staff. This role supervises a team of administrative employees, supports staff development and performance management, monitors registration and scheduling workflows, and identifies opportunities to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction. The Supervisor serves as a key resource for department operations, staff training, compliance, and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
