Requirements
* At least 18 years of age
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications preferred
* 3+ years of related experience including project management
* Knowledge of CRA and Fair Lending practices preferred
* Current community/charitable organization involvement preferred
* Must be detail-oriented and organized
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
* Must be comfortable with public speaking
* Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
* Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
Job Description
* Oversee Community Engagement/Development Projects from start to finish within a budget and timeframe, including day-to-day direction of Lemonade Day personnel
* Coordinate with Marketing as needed on project designs
* Recognize potential problems through program development and provide solutions
* Initiate strategic partnerships and/or business/community development opportunities within the community to build awareness of the Bank and its community development initiatives
* Connect bank resources with the specific needs of low- and moderate-income (LMI) individuals and neighborhoods.
* Create, organize, and direct company events and meetings as required
* Create or enhance content for community development projects, social media, and award submissions
* Oversee financial literacy program, content, and initiatives to include the provision of technical assistance for community partners
* Plan and lead community events promoting financial literacy initiatives
* Facilitate financial literacy presentations, as needed
* Participate in strategic community outreach initiatives, including speaking engagements that highlight the Bank's products and services
* Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
* Travel required based upon business needs
* Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
* Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
* Some lifting required for events
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
