We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop strategies to find the best candidates for our open positions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, attract, and hire top talent for our company's open positions
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop strategies to find the best candidates
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including LinkedIn Sourcing, social media, job boards, and referrals
  • Source and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
  • Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills and fit for the position
  • Present candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the interview process
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate information, interview notes, and feedback
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. human resources, business administration)
  • Significant experience in recruitment or human resources, with a focus on GTM and technical recruitment
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting top technical talent
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with recruitment software such as Workday
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices
  • Certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR)
