Job Title: Loan Operation Rep II Location: Mt Laurel Township, NJ 08054, Greenville, SC 29607, Jacksonville, FL 32246, Lewiston, ME 04240 Duration: 3 months Assignment Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, M to F, 8am to 5pm Work Model: Initially remote, with potential to move to onsite at least 4 days. Summary: Support residential mortgage servicing payoff department. Day to Day Responsibilities: Providing payoff statements. Monetary processing of payoff transactions. Closing accounts. Mailing letters. Notating accounts. Completing research of and responding to requests for further information related to payoff processing. 30minutues time is being spent in meetings daily. Interacting with internal business partners. 100% back-office admin clerical work. OT as needed. Must-Have Hard Skills: Years of Overall Experience: 2-4 yrs Ms office suite. Transaction processing. Research capabilities. Soft Skills: Multi-tasking. Prioritization. Adapt to change. Nice-To-Have Residential mortgage. FI industry. Sagent \fidelity. Monetary processing background or residential accounts preferred.
