Battlespace Awareness Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution SME This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence Polygraph clearance to be considered. A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify. Supporting Joint Chiefs of Staff J2F8 and the Deputy Directorate for Battlespace Awareness (BA) in delivering national-level military intelligence products and capability development analysis to SecDef, CJCS, Combatant Commanders, DoD Components, Services, and the Joint Staff. Responsibilities include scoping problems, analyzing strategic challenges, identifying gaps and requirements, assessing risks and dependencies, and evaluating fiscal impacts. Leveraging ISR expertise to ensure current and future DoD and IC capabilities align with warfighter BA requirements. Provide subject matter expertise to the BA Functional Capabilities Board (BA FCB) to support mission execution. Serve as PPBE SME, analyzing programming implications across National and Military Intelligence Programs to inform BA portfolio management and future programming decisions. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Battlespace Awareness Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution SME: $150,000 to $190,000. Pay commensurate with experience.
