APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Lead and coordinate multiple projects, managing schedules, milestones, and project deliverables from initiation through completion. Gather project requirements, develop project plans, cost estimates, and logic-based schedules to support successful execution. Facilitate project meetings, provide regular status updates, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders. Oversee design and construction activities, working closely with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track. Partner with procurement teams to support the tendering and selection process for design and construction services. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management. 10+ years of active Project Management experience. 10+ years of experience in working with large, fast paced program rollouts for the Health, Science & Manufacturing Industry. What Sets You Apart: Strong estimating skills, strong technical skills (Boiler & HVAC systems). Aligning expectations and building collaborative teams is a must have skill. Proficient in the Microsoft suite of programs including Power Point as well as Microsoft Project. Rudimentary AutoCAD skills. Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check. Ability to travel 35-50% of the time nationally to visit sites where the Projects are being planned and executed.
