What You'll Do:
  • Support purchasing and procurement activities while learning the fundamentals of the Buyer role.
  • Analyze data using Microsoft Excel to track information, identify trends, and support business decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to gather information, resolve issues, and ensure timely task completion.
  • Prioritize multiple assignments, adapt to changing business needs, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks, follow through on commitments, and proactively ask questions to build knowledge.
  • Collaborate on team projects while also working independently to achieve individual goals.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work, including occasional overtime when business needs require.

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of experience in an office environment
What Sets You Apart:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Up to 5 years of experience in an office or professional business environment.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to work with formulas; VLOOKUP experience is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP or MRP systems is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and a dependable work ethic with strong attendance.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn while building a long-term career.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
