The Greisch Center for Enterprise Value believes that enterprise value is created through the actions of entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, leaders, and teams who strengthen organizations over time. The Product Development Lead is responsible for transforming the Center's Enterprise Value frameworks, research, assessments, and strategic initiatives into exceptional products that create measurable educational and organizational impact. Serving as the Center's lead product developer, this position designs, develops, and continuously improves learning experiences, assessments, digital resources, facilitator materials, implementation systems, and multimedia content that enable the Greisch Center's intellectual property to be delivered consistently and at scale.
Working collaboratively across Research, Programs, and Center leadership, this role ensures the Greisch Center's ideas become polished, engaging, and commercially ready products that help individuals and organizations create more value than they consume. Essential Functions Enterprise Value Product Development
* Transform Enterprise Value frameworks, assessments, research, and strategic initiatives into scalable products.
* Design learning experiences, workbooks, facilitator guides, toolkits, implementation resources, digital assets, and educational materials.
* Build complete product ecosystems that support adoption, implementation, certification, and long-term success.
* Continuously improve products through user feedback, research findings, testing, and iterative development.
* Ensure every product reflects the Greisch Center's standards for quality, innovation, and impact. Digital Learning & Educational Technology
* Design engaging online and blended learning experiences.
* Develop interactive learning modules, micro-learning content, and digital credentialing experiences.
* Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration and optimization.
* Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to improve learning experiences and product effectiveness.
* Recommend new technologies that enhance scalability and learner engagement. Multimedia Production & Storytelling
* Produce high-quality educational videos, podcasts, interviews, and multimedia learning assets.
* Translate Enterprise Value concepts into compelling stories that inspire learning and action.
* Capture and share stories highlighting the impact of students, entrepreneurs, organizations, faculty, and community partners.
* Collaborate on marketing and communication assets that strengthen awareness of Greisch Center products and initiatives.
* Maintain production quality across all multimedia content. Product Innovation & Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Collaborate with Research, Programs, and Center leadership to transform strategic ideas into finished products.
* Prototype new educational products and learning experiences.
* Gather stakeholder feedback to guide product refinement.
* Identify opportunities to expand existing products for new audiences, industries, and delivery formats.
* Support continuous innovation across the Center's Enterprise Value portfolio. Commercialization & Product Enablement (10%)
* Develop facilitator certification materials and implementation resources.
* Create coach, educator, and partner enablement materials that support successful product delivery.
* Prepare documentation and product resources supporting commercialization efforts.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve product adoption and scalability.
* Ensure products are implementation-ready for a variety of educational and organizational settings. Student Mentorship & Special Projects
* Mentor undergraduate and graduate students participating in product development projects.
* Supervise interns, graduate assistants, or student employees as assigned.
* Support special initiatives that advance the Greisch Center's mission. Qualifications: Required
* Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Education, Communications, Educational Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
* Demonstrated at least 3 years experience designing and developing educational products or learning experiences.
* Experience managing complex creative projects from concept through implementation.
* Experience producing digital learning resources and multimedia content.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating product development, instructional design, or learning innovation. Preferred
* Master's degree in a related discipline.
* Experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, leadership development, or organizational learning.
* Experience designing certification programs or professional education.
* Experience with podcast production, video production, and digital storytelling.
* Experience working in higher education, executive education, or corporate learning.
