manufacturing, quality, and process improvement activities for the SEQ business
unit. Works closely with Engineering and Operations to improve safety, quality,
delivery, and cost performance while supporting new product introductions and
strategic projects. Reports to the Engineering Manager.

Lead continuous improvement
initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and throughput
Maintain work instructions,
JSAs, PPE requirements, and manufacturing standards
Troubleshoot production issues
and implement corrective actions
Support supplier qualification,
