Desirable Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience as an Activity Therapist. * 3+ years of experience in one or more areas of assigned responsibility. * Demonstrates leadership abilities. * Demonstrates experience as part of a multidisciplinary medical team. * Experience with basic counseling skills, behavioral management, grief & loss, actively dying, anxiety, depression, or pain.
