NWD specializes in facilities maintenance, management, and operations support, delivering reliable, mission-aligned services that ensure smooth day-to-day operations and long-term infrastructure resilience. Services include: base operations support services; facilities management/maintenance (MEP, etc.); landscaping, janitorial & pest control; environmental support (waste management, exposure assessments, etc.); safety and quality management; training & records management; IT data center management; safeguards, security & access controls; equipment maintenance; logistics and materials management.

POSITION PURPOSE:

Responsible for providing training services under the Paducah Site Infrastructure Support Services contract.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Coordinate and independently manage periodic review and update of training modules.
  • Independently develop, design, and implement new training modules and curriculum to meet contract and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage LMS records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with training requirements.
  • Analyze training data and prepare routine training reports to support program operations.
  • Provide technical support for LMS users.
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate classroom and field training activities.
  • Facilitate Radiological Worker classroom and practical training activities.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Support scheduling of classroom training as needed
  • Identify external training material/providers as needed
  • Provide input for continuous improvement of the training program

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:


  • High School degree or GED
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred

Skills and Abilities:


  • Proven ability to schedule complex work tasks, manage timelines, and consistently remain on schedule.
  • Demonstrated capability in coordinating the review of critical documents and successfully resolving stakeholder comments.
  • Proficient in working with electronic information systems (EIS)
  • Skilled in generating, analyzing, and presenting comprehensive reports from EIS data.
  • Experienced in preparing and delivering engaging presentations and instructional material in a classroom setting.
  • Strong commitment to quality and safety with a demonstrated ability to strictly follow procedures and organizational guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Special Requirements:


  • Must be a citizen of the United States and authorized to work in the US
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate a government vehicle

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • National Training Center Instructor Certification or equivalent.
  • Practical knowledge and experience implementing radiological controls
