- Experience as a Surface Warfare Officer.
- Surface Warfare Enterprise experience.
- Combat Systems experience.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
Personnel Clearance Level:
- Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher.
- Clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate.
Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):
- Provide data analytical and operational support for the Surface Warfare Enterprise.
- Review shipboard combat systems data, validate configurations, assess use of published TTPs, and provide actionable fleet feedback.
- Analyze technical data and solutions using tools such as DCD/ECS, PMA, ATRT, TIMBER, and FDC STORM.
- Coordinate with program offices and combat system developers to identify technical issues, assess operational impact, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Draft and review white papers, SOPs, OPORDERs, OPTASKs, and related operational documents.
- Establish timelines, analytic processes, and recurring event requirements for DX/DR during training and real-world events.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to measure watch stander proficiency, combat system accuracy, radar performance, and doctrine alignment.
Salary Range: $135,000 - $155,000 annually. Benefits
