Overview

We are excited to be hiring an Executive Assistant (EA) who will provide high level support to the Chief Financial Officer of Hexagon's Autonomous Solutions Business Area. This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with a dynamic leader and gain broad exposure across our global business.

Being flexible and proactive, you have an innate ability to structure our executive's workload and balance your time effectively. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of administrative responsibilities - from coordinating multifaceted travel and meeting schedules to preparing executive presentations for customer agreements and internal audiences around the world. Responsibilities

As our Executive Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

    Coordinate day-to-day administrative requirements of the CFO by strategically managing their calendar, engagements, meeting schedules, and communications (email; telephone; social media; correspondence; reporting submissions, and expense reports).
  • Support the executive team with planning, logistics, and scheduling of the executives' events, strategic meetings, offsites, and agendas with global teams.
  • Review and ensure confidentiality, completeness, accuracy, and approval of documents, as per our approval matrix, for all business and private affairs pertaining to the CFO's office, including storage and security of confidential files.
  • Oversee the collection and distribution of materials for Hexagon Group executive meetings while delegating workflow for Executive Leadership Team offsite events for all aspects of logistics, travel, and catering.
  • Support the CFO's travel agendas, coordinate domestic and some international travel arrangements and scheduling.
  • Liaise closely with our Marketing team in planning any speaking engagements, and support the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Work with the CFO to prepare and edit presentations for external and internal audiences for keynote speeches.
  • Brief the CFO to prepare for meetings on the delivery of Autonomous Solutions' strategic priorities and goals by providing reliable and timely research and profiling information related to internal business issues, trade shows, external partners, peers, industry events, and customer engagements.
  • Support Marketing in creating and publishing presidential communications, internally and externally on social media.
