EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, operations analysis, freight pay, SAP TMS, or a related analytical role preferred. Experience working in SAP TM/TMS, EWM, WMS, Snowflake, Jira, carrier portals, freight pay/invoice systems, or similar transportation and data platforms preferred. Experience supporting transportation reporting, route/tender analysis, invoice issue resolution, carrier performance reporting, or operational analytics in a warehouse/distribution environment preferred. Experience with cross-functional process improvement, UAT/system testing, and issue troubleshooting preferred. WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Role is based in a warehouse/distribution center environment and may require periodic time on the warehouse floor or yard to understand process flow, data issues, carrier activity, or operational exceptions. Must be able to perform standard office work using a computer for extended periods and support occasional business needs outside regular business hours. Travel up to 5% as business needs require.
